What is an Insight Guide?
You hold the key to your mystery. Together we can see how you are holding the key.
As an guide, I use intuition to amplify what you already know to be true. If you are confused or reluctant to know what you know, we will ask the questions you have for yourself, and with patience and clarity gently sit with the answer.
People work with a an intuitive guide to know themselves better. A healing takes place in a particular moment in time. It is like a snapshot. It crystalizes what is here for you now in this moment. And like a snapshot, you can revisit it anytime, and images and insights gained may resurface at other points of your life when the themes that are present are relevant again.
Sometimes we are hidden from ourselves. I am grounded and I have the ability to see and hear you deeply. I am a witness, and I offer a kind supportive reflection. Are you needing to reset yourself after a difficult life change? Are you looking for a way to come back to yourself? Are you actively moving through a change, and determining what to let go of and what to keep? Are you fatigued and needing a break? Do you need to feel seen and understood and accepted? Do you need a moment of conscious stillness where you can be present and know you are whole?
These are the questions that guide people to my door. These are the moments in time and the occasions in which people reach out for a session. Unlike therapy, this is not a deep dive into your past to unravel why things are the way they are. We use present moment awareness to reveal what is here now and use that as our jumping point to see what needs healing, rebalancing, care, and attention. Therapy offers a diagnosis, can help heal a trauma or manage a crisis. The guidance I offer is not to replace therapy, but may supplement your wellbeing through awareness and refreshing your energy.

Artists come to me, people working with a muse or tapped into the source from which they pull their inspiration. College students in transition find me. They are figuring out who they are and want to continue to be in a world “with its harsh need to change you” (David Whyte “Self-Portrait”). People come to me to gain awareness and presence, to develop a mindfulness practice, or to analyze a dream. People come to me after surgery, when feeling vulnerable, when their body is trying to make sense of what happened. People who believe there is something bigger out there than us, come to explore what is meaningful and where they can find a greater purpose. If you are attentive to the change of seasons, the moon, astrology, synchronicity, if the lyrics in a song or a snatched piece of conversation speak to you directly, we probably have a similar foundation. These are also ways I participate in day-to-day life.
Are you willing to commit to yourself? Are you willing to support and nurture yourself? This work will invite you to be honest and brave. It will ask you to align your time and energy with what you value. It requires an openness to change. What is my method?
Love is where I start every conversation. “Unconditional Positive Regard” means I start every conversation in your corner. I want to know you and support you. I use Reiki and intuitive guidance to bring the best of me to meet the best in you.
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing that works with the chakras to rebalance your energy. It can be used in-person or done remotely. Energy can be moved with attention and intention. It can heal physical and emotional imbalances. As a Reiki Master, I use Reiki to connect with you on the energetic level. There I can use my intuition to see what you are experiencing and to give us insight into what can unlock your natural state of wellbeing.
I teach awareness through mindfulness of our thoughts, body, and emotions. I appreciate the strengths-based approach to healing Positive Psychology offers, and Jungian Psychology captures my imagination. I practice deep listening, acceptance, compassion, and encouragement. Helping you become aware of your capabilities and stepping into them, is my joy.
